I've always been pretty skinny...not anorexic or anything but on top of having a thin bone structure I had very little fat/muscle. I've been working out fairly regularly over the past 6 months, started taking protein shakes etc. The gains have gone 'ok'...about 7-8 pounds of muscle in that time frame. Not as much as I'd like but hey I'm making progress right?
So anyways lots of people still think I'm skinny because I still have a thin frame and I don't seem big at all. Not until you see me with a sleaveless shirt or something you would notice any muscle definition. So last night I was goin to the club with some friends and this girl I who kinda used to date and we're sorta friends now was holding on to my arm so she 'wouldn't get lost' cuz she was kinda buzzed. Of course she is grabbing around my biceps, and she comments about how muscular my arm is, asking if I have been working out, and that it was a turn-on etc. That marks the first time any chick outside of my family has given me a compliment about my body! Usually I get called 'skinny' etc, but once finally someone was impressed with my figure (or my biceps atleast) .
I'm still gonna work out regardless of what other people think, whether I get compliments or not but at the same time it is nice to get some praise from good looking girls on the results I'm getting.
