Yea, I hear you. In all honesty, I think you are the only good judge of that situation. sometimes it is the necessary evil, and that is okay, for now. Never good long term, if you are your own man, IMO
I suspect that she will irritate you more now that you are beginning to disengage and there will be another nuclear incident soon enough. If she's just a main plate it's simple enough let it ride until the end of the week for social convenience and demote her down the order.

Well sure. That was going to be an observation from the examples you gave. Excessive drinking is a sure sign of something not being quite right.
Does seem like she's been trying to control you at times. If there's one thing I cant stand it's passive aggressive control plays like this. It's a sign of weakness if it's too often and just becomes awkward in the end.
All I'd say is to learn not to react to it. If someone tests my patience like this these days, I just ignore them and slowly back away from them. We don't want to get reputation as needy or reactive ourselves.

Your problem is you haven't trained your woman. That happy go lucky weak attitude is killing her respect for your masculinity as to why she keeps ****ing up. Either your the leader or you're not. There is no playing at this. There is no half in half out then getting pissed at her because you didn't define yourself as the leader.
