I look in all the right places but I don't see anything I like. I visit bookstores, coffee shops, museums, parks, you name it. Maybe I'm just going whenever women aren't there lol.

To those who are wondering, bars and clubs aren't my thing. I'm in a new city and it's weird going out by yourself. Besides, I've never met quality women in a bar before in my life.

So to all you DJs out there: how do you spin plates when you can't find any plates to spin? I try not to go out with the intent to meet women, however, I always have my eyes open. The problem is I don't see anything.

Looking good and feeling good isn't the problem. The problem is actually locating women. I'm going to try harder at making friends. It's been tougher to do that in a new city then I thought it would be.

Every now and then I'll come across a prospect, but when it doesn't work out for whatever reason, I become frustrated because there aren't many women around. That's where my frustration lies. If I had five plates spinning I wouldn't give a hoot about one of them losing interest in me. But when the weeks and months go by and you're not meeting anyone, it starts to get to you.

There are disadvantages to moving around so much. I'm going to try to intentionally not escalate with anybody, until I have a few male and female friends. Maybe you should try that, too?

This is the second time I've lived in a small-ish college city, and I remember at the last one, there were a few hang-out spots for "locals", and it was friendly enough, but a bit uncomfortable being there. These people went to college with their high school friends, and now they work with their high school friends. They seem young and energetic, yet they haven't gotten to know a new person in maybe 15 years, and I think I'm seeing the same situation here.

I have been going to ballroom and latin dance classes for 20 years. There are always more men than women. ALWAYS !.(oops- see amended below) The minority position give you value and power- men are in demand, which is just what you want. I have had numerous social, dating, and sexual connections with women from these classes as well as learning and acquiring a valuable physical and social skill.
Younger women tend to go to Latin Classes and the older ladies prefer Ballroom - your choice.

Go and enjoy yourself. The pickings are easy at these classes.
NO drinks to buy , NO clubbing female BS to decode, and what you see is what you get. The other advantage is that even if you do not get a number close on the first connect with a women you get a few more shots because she will probably be there again at the next class, next time.

I do not pay anything anymore because I got myself a "staff" badge.
However, the costs would vary from dance school to dance school - about $8 to $15 for a two hour group lesson.

Spinning plates are benith you now. Maybe looking for more girls for you to "hang with" is a thing of the past and now you can meet them well enough by going about your daily routine.

There was no sarcasm there at all. Since I've been growing up a bit more I've found I've met just as many girls going about my life and not being concerned about what I'm doing, or going on auto piolet about how I do things as opposed to enjoying what I'm doing in life and recognizing just how many attactive women there are floating about around me.

I'm not talking about "settling" for the rest of the best around me either. I mean I've been meeting some dimes just visiting from outside my job or at my local digs (bars near work/home or where I get my car fixed, or shop).

Just because you're looking for something at these places doesn't mean those type of girls aren't already there waiting to meet somebody.
Stop looking for the awnser and look at the question you're asking in the first place.
