Priority should be taking the necessary steps to increase your income, understand it will most likely take 3-5yrs to build a skill, go to school, learn a trade, get a business off the ground etc Try to save/invest 20% of your income. Do not get into a large car payment. Stay away from consumer/non productive debt. When you get a pay increase, do not upgrade your lifestyle increase your savings rate. In your 20's keep you living costs low, have roommates etc

People love giving financial advice, the truth is take it with a grain of salt.

The best advice is to only listen to people with proven tangible results. The kind of results you want for yourself. Listening to anyone else is a risk to your future, it is a gamble and most likely will result in you ending up like them.

Look for a financially educated mentor and with those results. And let his/her knowledge sink in.

Create self-fulfilling prophecies. Always assume the positive. Assume she likes you. Assume she wants to talk to you. Assume she wants to go out with you. When you think positive, positive things happen.
