Are there any tips for fighting or winning fights that I somehow overlooked? I've been in a few fights before, won them both, but unfortunately I may have a bigger confrontation coming up soon that I need preparation for.

Little late to start training now eh? How about imagining you're civilized and work from there?Brighty said:I may have a bigger confrontation coming up soon that I need preparation for.

Something everyone overlooks;Brighty said:What about if the kid is bigger than you? I'm 6'4 and 190 lbs, but this guy is about my height but a bit bigger (prolly around 210 lbs) and probably stronger. How do I avoid him getting grapples on me and taking me down to the floor where it'll no doubt be a wrestling match then.
And this isn't a street fight, its a school fight, and I'm not going to bite off any bits of his face, I'm in no real danger of losing my life, but there's not going to be a way to avoid this fight, this kid is absolutely looking for trouble.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
