Field Report: What A Night

Wow I feel like everything I had going was lost in one night. Tell me what you think...

This hot girl I know sent me a message a few days ago sayin we should get together.

Ive been talkin to her online a little bit since then and it seemed like everything was going smooth.

Last night, I saw her at the club. It was fun, we danced, but then she left w/ her friend b/c they were really tired.

Before she left she gave me her # and said to text her when I leave so we can meet up and chill. (This was about an hour after she left)

When I left the club, I texted her to see what she was up to.

She never wrote back.

Why do you think she never wrote back? Did she fall asleep or did she lose interest?

What the hell? First off this is hardly a field report. Those require actual female strangers and pick-ups. Secondly, everything you had going was 1 girl you talked to online, and you lost her when she didn't text you back? Pathetic. Don't you read any of these articles?

HAHA lol you dont have to be so mean to him plus I think a FR is a "Field Report" so that means he is reporting on what has happened in the field for him even if it is one girl it's still considered a FR isnt it?

On Topic: I think she just fell asleep you shouldnt think to much into what they are thinking or why they didnt answser the phone because most of the time it's much simpler then that, I say just go about your life and call her when you wanna get togethor if she answers there is your answer if she doesnt then forget her and continue your doing good good luck.

im not a newbie, i read everything

i know not to only think about one girl. i know not to care about rejections. i know i should just move on to the next girl and not give a damn about her.

but im only human. i move on all the time. im sick of moving on. i know this is afc talk, but i also really liked this one.

Sorry to say, but sometimes with women you gotta just wait for them to hit you up, which they may never do. If you really don't want this one to get away, give her a phone call, don't leave a message if she doesn't pick up. Give it one more try I'm saying, but don't get your hopes up.

You need to realize two things though, one being that most of time a girl you really liked just looks good who gave you some interest. Secondly, who cares if you liked her. This is how the game works. Usually the ones you like don't like you back and the ones who do like you, you don't like. I'm sick of saying like. The whole dating game is trial and error unless you look really good, then it's just a feast.

To the OP, stop overanalyzing the situation. This whole post was to tell us that a girl didn't return a text after a long night at the club? Come on now.

On a side note, I don't like people who don't leave messages. If you don't leave a message, that tells me you didn't have anything important enough to say that warrants a call-back, so you don't get one from me.

My general standard is to call and leave a message. If she doesn't return the call, I'll call a week later. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt; maybe there was a problem with her phone (lost, stolen, out of town, whatever). If she doesn't pick up the second attempt, I'll leave another message, but then forget about her. If she doesn't return two messages, she's not worth my time.
