This is the followup on the girl I met last week at the gym, who couldn't remember her extension so she gave me her email.
I sent her the following email today, a week later:

last week (you spent 5 minutes trying to pronounce my name)
Would have gotten back to you sooner but I'm taking 19 credits two jobs
plus extracurriculars. I'm ridiculously busy. If you want a date, make
sure to schedule at least 3 working days in advance
ha ha)
I'll try to squeeze you in for dinner sometime next week, or we could
go rock climbing, unless you're scared of heights, which would be
disappointing. In the meantime, give me your phone number.
