A good mate of mine was forced to resign today because he emailed a feminist writer and disagreed with an article she had published in a newspaper.

Admittedly, he used pretty strong language (he ddn't abuse her or swear, just said her article was `pathetic' and called her a 'sourpuss') to describe her assertion that women were still being held back from success in politics by an all-pervading sexist and misogynistic agenda.

He told her that in this day and age, people get jobs because of skills, not gender and that women are only overlooked for higher political office if they weren't considered good enough.

Well first this feminazi rang him and abused him, then she forwarded his email (sent from a private address in his own time. No work resources were used) to a journalist who rang my friend's boss to do a story on it.
The boss sh!t himself and told my friend he had to resign to avoid the bad publicity.

The world truly has gone mad and this fvcking bytch has ruined my friend's career because he had the balls to stand up to her feminist propaganda.

It's taking every ounce of my being not to launch at this bytch with both barrels and tell her she's ruined a man's life because of her feminist bile but that's probably not a good move.

It's a fvcking disgrace.

WTF~~!! What article? What newspaper? This is outrageous. He should tell his story to Andrew Bolt or something. The employer ought to subjected to more "bad publicity" because he bowed to feminist pressure than he would have if he was loyal to his staff and stood up to this feminist menace, because the majority of people realise that feminism has now become a force for marxist evil in the world today.

It'll hit the papers tomorrow.
I'm just angry that the feminists have engineered society so wholly that anyone who expresses an opposing view can be hauled over the coals and lose their job.
What about freedom of speech? What about a right to privacy?
Are there any defamation/libel lawyers here?
Has she defamed him by leaking an email sent from a private account outside of work hours?

Forget the feminist kunt, what your mate's boss did was likely against the law. I hope he's seeking competent legal advice on this and getting well compensated.

Note: freedom of speech is not in our constitution, don't get it confused with what the Americans have.

Remember this story every time you read my blog, or Heartiste or Roosh and others in the manosphere. Few people understand the risks associated with Men writing and disseminating ideas that even marginally challenge the fem-centric social norm.

No writer at Jezebel is worried about losing her job, damaging her reputation or threats to her wellbeing for writing feminist propaganda.

Yeah, Rollo, it's ok for her to write in a major metropolitan newspaper that men are intentionally keeping women down but heaven forbid you - privately - express an opposing view.
The story has already leaked online and all the male feminist enablers and validators are tut-tutting and howling him down as a backward, sexist cretin.
I hope his supporters are game enough to publicly defend him when it hits the streets tomorrow.

the only reason feminists have an ounce of leverage is because men value puzzy more than their self respect.

Frankly this is an egregious, foul development that further pushes men to the role of serf/drone in a nanny state state by technocrats...while men are busy looking for snatch the chains are slowly and inexorably being thrown on our wrists.

Although I obviously don't agree with him being fired, I don't see that he has any legal claim. afaik, Australia has the same 'right to hire, right to fire' laws that the US has. That's why higher level jobs involve a contract. Even if he did have a job contract, if he signed the resignation himself, it doesn't matter.

Can't he go work for a right-wing publication? It seems like this is the type of story that they would love.

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.

This is my first post here, and I have read this forum for a long time on the sidelines with great interest but without contributing till now.

I'm an Australian lawyer with some experience in defamation and employment. I would genuinely just caution your buddy about taking on any employer. I genuinely say this out of caution, not because I am agreeing with pandering to the flagrant hypocrisy of feminist agenda. The position he finds himself in makes me absolutely repulsed, and I agree that its feminazism at its most disgraceful - but its my experience that taking on an employer (even if you win) makes finding future employment very difficult indeed and sometimes isn't worth it. It scares off future employers big time.

Regardless of the word getting around the net that your buddy (unfairly and without cause) is some sort of misogynist, where words get around to a future employer that someone sues or takes legal action against employers, that usually guarantees no future employment prospects and is a far more destructive label. It's sad but true. Its like a permanent bad reference or red flag to employers not to hire someone. Employers usually run a mile when they hear a prospective employee is someone who has the balls to take legal action against them if something isn't right. They just simply avoid people like that. It saddens me that employment laws are so comical that they are almost useless. I'm just raising this out of genuine concern and sympathy for your buddy.

This is a great forum guys. Thanks

This is the upside of working for yourself. Don't get me wrong, you still have to maintain and protect your reputation, but at least I don't fear a boss firing me. That being said, I live in the southern US and I am an atheist, I would never speak out about that, even if they don't go to church everyone here kow tows to christianity and saying you're an atheist is the same as saying you worship the devil and eat babies. I would lose the few clients I had. It would be better to be a muslim, jew, scientologist or mormon. As long as you have some imaginary friend at least they know you share part of their delusion.

Just remember, you can say what you want to say, but there is always a price to pay, even in the US.

Thanks heaps, Duet. I was more wondering if he could sue the feminist for passing on his email to the press?

And he worked for a politician as a media advisor which is why there's been so much of a sh!t storm.

Here's her article followed by my mate's response to her:

http://www.couriermail.com.au/ipad/women-struggle-for-a-political-voice/story-fn6ck620-1226327122971

Response: Dear Carole.

I have just read your pathetic piece in the Courier-Mail. While I generally ignore the bleatings of sourpusses like you, your piece was so depressing and negative that I was moved to find your email address and simply say: Get a life.

Blokes dominate most areas of human endeavour because Nature equipped them with something called testosterone. That was part of Nature's grand design to enable men to be stronger, more fearless and more determined than their sisters. Sorry, Carole, fact not fiction.

The anti-male world of conspiracy theories in which you and the Sisterhood inhabit is the complete antithesis of the world in which positive women thrive. Women who can't cut it in - what did you call it?, the boys' club - can easily cover their inadequacies by claiming bias, sexism, misogyny, chauvinism etc. etc. ad infinitum. It's so tiring to read such twaddle.

Face reality, my dear. Smell the coffee. Try to turn your sour, negative, anti-male view of the world into something more positive and productive. Demonising men may be your life's quest but fewer and fewer people are listening.

I repeat: GET A LIFE.

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.

I dare say his claim against her is probably not strong legally. Unfortunately privacy laws don't extend to published letters or emails in this context. More likely his claim would have to be with his employer, which as I say is not always a good strategic idea career wise.

As for this issue in general, I take the point that Rollo Tomasi made suggesting that even writing about the male plight is an exposed risk that manosphere writers face perpetually.

Is this the lady he was complaining about here:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a1609gnai1I

She strips to make a few dollars and she posts it on youtube so guys can jerk off to her while reading her femi-nazi articles. That would have been a better use of time rather than writing a letter to her.

Yep.

Feminists are like the religious mullahs in some Muslim countries, there is no debate about your point of view. If you are a danger to the establishment with your "crazy ideas" then you are automatically labeled a 'misogynist' and therefore you deserve to be run out of town with mob of people chasing you with fire & pitchforks.

You cannot fight directly with Feminists, you must live your life the way you want to live and lead other men by your examples and teachings. Only then will some open their eyes and some things may change.

You should never make your name known to a feminist if you are going to cross paths with one. As a matter of fact a "civil rights group" is already going after men who write blogs about seducing women because they are deemed as hate groups. We are as close as we can get to George Orwell novel "1984".

We are not strong enough for direct confrontations right now, but our time will come.

The more men we can educate / unplug, the quicker that day will arrive.
