I just noticed I am gettin "a thing" for this woman in the coffeeshop - we don't know each other, yet. So, I decided to give it a little time. Came there yesterday with a friend, and - WOW - free cofee. Was that a surprise! The chick hardly knows me... I sense what could be next - free drink again next time - and not much time to waste - I have to close her immediately, for a dinner or a drink after the shift. So, I am making the push on the next encounter...is this OK?

Yep, sometimes you have to strike like light'nin ...I also tought of "Is it too soon".. but I'll be direct as possible.

Be friendly, relaxed (not so sure about
the strike like lightning analogy...) not
too serious . Hopefully you've spoken with her a little bit already. If you see signs that she likes you, I'm sure she'll accept.
Keep it simple.

The point is I HAVEN'T spoken to her already. That's why..but I agree - light, simple , friendly, will be enough...
