hb, way to go on actually talking to her and getting the number. If it's for real, cool. Just don't be calling her up full-time now. And if you say "let's just be friends", be careful taht isn't where she sticks you. YOu can say pretty much ANYTHING, but don't start ACTING like you want to be her friend or that's where you'll end up. My take, anyway.
