hey i consider myself a pretty fit guy. i play tennis almost 7 days a week and im pretty athletic. overall my body is not bad except i seem to have more fat in my chest area.

how do you get rid of this fat? i think gaining muscle in the chest area is just making it worse.

thanks in advance

well understand that muscle is muscle and fat is fat. think of it like if you have a big gut, if you do a million sit ups, your stil going to have alittle fat in that area. thats why you need areobics to balance it out. so hit the bench press hard and keep the areobics up with a low carb high protein diet and you should be good

but the problem is that the rest of my body is already pretty low on fat so i didnt think the problem was that i wasnt doing enough cardio.

incline bech press, regular bench press , or dumbells, and dumbell flys should do the job

Ignore Rambo, horrible advice. Doing sit ups is not going to specifically remove the fat from your stomach and doing bench press is not going to specifically remove the fat from your chest. You can't target a certain area on your body to remove fat from. You just need to do more cardio and eat cleaner just like anyone else.

Where is the fat? If it is under your nipples and the rest of your body has very low fat you might have gynecomastia. I have it, but from what I've seen most people who think they have it are just fat.
