I am 135lbs, and I need 1.3g x 135 = 175.5g per day of protein.

I don't get it, when do you guys get the time to eat so much?
I mean I wake up, I drink a shake (30 g)... I go to school... at school the food is pretty much fastfood... so theres not really proteins there

then when i eat supper i always have a steak = 40 g
then after at night I drink another shake = 30 g

30 + 40 + 30 = 100g

I need 175g

What should I do ?
I mean I don't really have time to cook and all

And it costs a lot of money at the end...

Is there anything good to eat/not expensive/easy and fast to make that could help me out to reach that 175 g?

Oh ya, I forgot to mention, I don't feel like eating 3 steaks a day and I don't like tuna and fish.

Thanks any advice appreciated

eggs are a great source of protein - cheap to.

Buy some eggs - and malke omelets.

You can add some deli meats - turkey, ham or chicken - plus some tinned vegies if you like - or perhaps Pico de Gallo.

on't know where you live, but Trader Joe's has some great frozen foods - like chicken Fajitas for $3.99

Easy, cheap and quick.

low-fat milk is my main source of protein. Besides if u drink 2 protein shakes and eat one steak a day you're definetly not getting enough proteins/calories. I bet you eat more than once a day though.
cornflakes = 10 to 15g of protein
you can eat a pizza at times( just dont overdo it though) = 30g of protein
a few slices of bread =10g of protein
noodles = 15g of protein
..low-fat yogurt ..whatever...
and yes u probably guessed it already..drink lots of (low-fat) milk..thats how I get my proteins and its working, but uhh I should finally get my ass up and start cooking tuna / chicken breast and stuff.

One question:

How do you guys cook your chicken breasts/tuna and so on..do you use oil or is there a way to cook them without oil (which would be extra fat)???

well I once searched a nutriton table for the pizza I usually eat (im not in the us tho) and it said like 30 g of protein and 50 g of fat...for another pizza it was like 30 g of protein and 45g of fat. You should only eat them now and then, mateo_g is right. But actually its pretty logical that a pizza has that much protein cause well...it doesnt have much more protein than bread or whateva..say a pizza is like 300g if u ate 300g of bread ud get like 20 to 25g of protein too I guess.....(Bread is something like 7 or 8grams of protein per 100g)

What I do with pizza is buy those real cheap ones. Some are actually pretty low in fat.

Grill a chicken breast. Slice it up and put it on the pizza. Add mushrooms and some low fat cheese. You can add additional sauce if needed.

It actually comes out pretty good.

I also like canned chicken. It's high in sodium, but if you drink tons of water, its no big deal. 1 can of chicken, add a table spoon of low fat mayo. Mix it up and put it on top of a salad. You can add other things like celery, fake bacon bits, Tomatoes, what ever you like...
