hi everyone, i'd like to know some exercises that would improve the muscles around my eyes (for a deeper gaze) and, more expecially, to define the dimples, not just when i'm smilin' (i mean, have you ever seen the most famous jim morrison's pic? just like that, i like those holes in the cheeks:))

Get yourself the book "facebuilder for men" - it has everything you need in there. Do a search too, there was a huge thread about this a while ago.

Well, honestly - I don't know yet; I've only been doing them for a couple of weeks.

I've been using an awesome topical fat burner called Yohimburn on my face along with it, so it is definatly getting leaner - don't know which contributes to what... hehe...

I can tell you however, I know many people that have gotten awesome results from using the book. It's up to you - it's only about 10 bucks. :)
