Anybody using Facebook to game girls will probably have noticed that it now tells the person who PM’d you when you read their message.
Personally, I see this as an invasion of my privacy but until Zuckerf**k decides to actually grow a clue and make this optional you may very well find that you can no longer receive a message on Facebook and claim to have not had time to read it or never got it.
There is however a slight trick you can do to get round this. So if you are interested I will share.
If you use your smart phone for your social networking then make sure you have the Facebook messenger app installed. Then when you get a message, open the messenger app, turn the phone horizontal and you can read the first two lines of the message without opening it. If the screen is big enough you may be able to read the whole message without opening it. Turning it horizontal allows the more room so you can read more of the message. This works on the Galaxy SII and I assume it will be the same for most smart phones.
This post may be a no brainer to most people but I have used it a couple of times when I have received a message notification and not wanted it to seem like I was waiting for them to message me. I have then had time to compose a response or leave it to appear that I haven’t yet checked my messages/not received it.
