After a alot of soul searching I have realised that there is not one type of personallity, there is no such thing as a "one size fits all" personallity. Different strokes for different folks, that saying applys itself perfectly here. There are alot of posts about mindset around here and i understand that, but what i am aiming to do here is add another personallity to the mix. Perhaps this will suit some people more then the other choices of personallity out there.
Before I get started I have to inform you that this is not a technique or a "way of getting girls" its a way of life. It's a way you can choose to live your life and become someone you want to be. The techniques that i describe closer to the end of this post are designed to help you incorporate the personallity into your being.
I have coined this personallity F&E: Fearless and Exciting. Let me describe to you what a F&E person is like:
They are exciting to be around, a moment never comes by when they are not looking for the next fun oppurtunity. They love to do those things that most people are scared of, like extreme sports. Indiana Jones and James Bond are both F&E.
They have no fear, they have fun by doing the most crazy and unimaginable things possible! Actions speak louder then words, alot of you would have heard me use this quote, it is one of my favourite quotes. For F&E people that is their way of life! They perform what others can only speak (or dream) of!
What about the girls? Well chicks dig this personallity but that shouldnt be your reason to incorporate it. Chicks like them because there exciting to be around, they drive fast and take risks, there insanely confident, and chicks have no idea what they are going to do next.
A F&E guy can never be controlled, by any woman.
If your still reading this and you are interested in becoming this type of person, then i will try and help you. We understand there are 2 core aspects to this personallity (Fearless and exciting) so we will split them up and analyse ways in which we can develop these attributes.
Being fearless...
Being fearless is the unconciouss part and being exciting is where you express your fearlessness to the world. Lets go.
Realise your advantage
This is good for the insecure people, since there so hung up on what people think of them we might as well use this to our advantage. Look at people who dont get girls, who are shy, who have never heard of the DJ site, then realise that you are in a much better position then them. Realise that you are becoming someone spectacular while they are remaining the same.
Become inspired
Charge yourself up every morning before you go to school or before every social event, You have to do this and eventually you will be constantly "charged". Here is some help:

Set some goals
Set some daily goals and go after them. It amazes me to see how much more i achieve in a day when i set myself some goals. Espeically when im pupmed. Start small or else you will give up.
Being exciting...
This is fairly straightforward but ill give you the details. You should be pumped by now and be willing to do anything.
With your mate's
Be the center of attention! Be the one that everyone is looking up to, the guy all the girls want, the guy that all the other guys want to be. Do those funny things that your friends can only talk about, be loud and talkative, be friendly and funny, be it all.
With the lady's
Be daring, hug that girl you dont know so well. Talk to that hot babe your mates swoon over but chicken out when they want to do something. When your telling stories always talk about how everything is going to be so exciting and fun, be happy and excited about everything. Be funny and humorous. This shouldnt be hard because your so pumped up from the morning.
In a crowd
Be the one in a crowd that stands out, good jokes in a crowd always work.
You probably know what to do, just make sure you stay pumped and excited about everything.
Keep up thecycle of getting pumped up then going out/to school and the more you do it the more crazier you get, eventually you wont need to get charged up because guess what? You just incorporated it into your personallity, your F&E.
