sounds like she has a chump bf and looks at you cause she wants validation/attention, she probably does find you attractive but dont be surprised if she always seems distant when you try to talk to her or if you ask her out and she tells you she is already taken
she's single
did she tell you that?

Does this chick seem cool in the head otherwise from your limited interaction? I'm With everyone about talking to her and perusing it but the constant staring Is creepy and would make me uncomfortable..sounds wierd.

the staring is normal, a lot of women will do it, but like i said in my experience they are usually fishing hard for attention and taken already

I agree but the amount of long akward staring every time he goes there is just wierd imo, even taken girls in my experience do the usual stare then look
Away for a little and repeat not the straight burning non stop stare down lol.

yeah its not as common but ive still had it happen to me more than a few times at work, a lot of times they are staring at you that long because they are waiting for you to smile back while you are confused as to why she is staring so hard

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

That would turn me off if it was a girl I didn't really know would see it as somewhat red flag of crazy stalker unless she's staring at my package like that lol.

She's not hostile or weird but, its so obvious I'm not used to it. Usually they glance away.

im surrounded by women at work and the ones who stare hardest or show ridiculously strong IOIs right away are almost always married or in long term relationships and always start acting disinterested once i have reciprocated or shown interest back, but thats just my experience
This kind of sounds familiar.

I went out with a chick from my gym a while back. How I figured out she was into me was by the way she would not look at me. Sounds strange but she'd go out of her way to not look in my direction but to look the other way even when it was perfectly natural to be looking my way - I'd be walking by her and she'd turn her head and look down a hallway with nothing there. Girls that are indifferent wouldn't care either way, might even just give you a friendly hello, but this chick was playing coy, until one day I saw an in and started a conversation with her, BOOM, and that was all she wrote....until I screwed it up later by striking while the Iron was hot (but that's another story).

Your chick obviously has some kind of interest in you, but whatever it is, her approach is somewhat strange.

She has trouble opening up with basic questions, which most would consider normal. I am very confident in her interest in me, but I need to increase her comfort level first.

She seems to be shy and inexperienced with guys( possibly). I see her around. We first would talk a lot, but now that the interest factor is known about each other. She has pulled back a bit, we still talk a lot and very friendly with each other. its not toast but she seems to have cold feet.

What the best way to make her more comfortable and try to being everything together? We both know there is mutual interest ( as this was discussed and y this kind of body language) but she's shy and moving slower than I thought. Whats the best way to open her up more to be more comfortable? I run into her a few times a week

She came up to me, the other day and told me when she gets off work and what her schedule right. She said she wanted to talk and catch up. She asked me when I was free. She said she was free at 7pm. she has appts until then. I told her I might be around. I ended up leaving. I'll see her again. But was this a good sign? I mean she wanted to make time for me after her work. I didn't expect this at all. I try to see her next week

Pst! Now that I read the rest of this. You gotta play it down, go half way, meet up with her.
She went cold for a couple weeks. No idea why so I left it be went NC and all of a sudden she comes up and asks. I was thinking she might have been still cold. but I was surprised.
