Eye contact - just wondering

If you are looking at a girl, and you want to make eye contact, and she then looks at you and sees you looking at her.

If she doesnt know you, isnt there a chance she thinks you are creepy and staring at her?

i got this feeling from someone the other day and just wondered.

you got to smile as soon as the eye contact has been made. If you wait a moment to long it will look creepy

Usually a quick up-and-down raise of the eyebrows when you do the initial start of the smile helps smooth it over, and if she likes you generate interest, therefore stimulating attraction.
