Hi, saw this thread at Good Looking Loser and thought I might get some feedback from the guys on this forum. While I generally think cosmetic surgery is gay, unless it is needed due to an impairment of some sort, I have come across some interesting ways of improving how one presents. While females commonly use makeup to jump a number of points there are things we men can also do. Things like contact lenses, spray tans, melanotan 2. Recently I have come across facial exercises which can be used as an alternative to Botox. Something I have also come across which sounds interesting are mouthguards specially designed to enhance the jawline, keen to hear people's experiences and views.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=12gp62AcmSA

the facial exercises are a fvcking waste of time.nothing beats botox man, hyaluronic acid injections are a less effective alternative but you need like 10-15 injections, your face will be punctured as well as your pocket lol.

as for the mouthguards i have to say they seem like an orthodontic appliance to me, either way be careful because if there is excessive force, then you might end up losing your teeth lol. worse this sh!t can cause bruxism or masseteric hypertrophy. masseteric hypertrophy is a PAIN IN THE ASS,we treat at least 2 fvckers with that per day.....stay away from this crap.

I have researched and been doing facial exercises myself and from experience and the evidence I have found, I would say they are far more healthy than Botox, which involves freezing the face by paralysing the muscles in the face. As for this mouthguard, I wore one briefly as a kid playing sport and felt they had other benefits. This is kind of a new product being marketed and while it doesn't seem to have a lot of hype around it the concept seems pretty legit, however I am keeping an open mind. Have been using a product which may seem ridiculous to some, called Nose Magic and am fairly certain it does something. Nose Magic reshapes the cartilage in your nose which is made up of water, while not as radical as rhinoplasty which is more extreme, I feel it has given a subtle difference. Considering trying nose inserts as well, which are like Contact Lenses for the nose. While I am not insecure about how I look, I just like finding new stuff which isn't too drastic.
