HGH production increases with exercise anyway (anaerobic mostly). So does testosterone.NewDude001 said:So then maybe cycle somehow?

I'm basically trying to figure out the best way to opt testosterone and HGH levels via exercise. I'm pretty muscular to begin with so I don't train in the gym, but I run daily. Is there any way I can keep running to stay in shape and not greatly lower my testosterone levels at the same time. I was thinking
Mon- HIIT + medball
Tues- Long Walk/Off
Wed- 3 Mile run (5:45/ mile pace)
Thurs- HIIT + medball
Friday- Long walk/Off
Sat- Morning 3 mile brisk run (6:30 pace)
Sun- Off
