Hi, I recently asked this chick out(via the telefone) and she told me she was broke. I was like, well I invited you so of course I will pay and then she goes like, well I do not like it when people pay for it. I insist she goes anyway. And she insists that she should pay her way.

So no date, essentially.

Did I AFC out or what?

Any tips.

It was an excuse. It's easy to tell when a girl is feeding you a line because what she says won't make any sense.

You asked her out, then she told you she didn't have any money.

Does that make any sense?

If what she said was true, then the logical conclusion would be when she does get some money, then she'll be able to go out with you.

Ha,ha,you know what you should have done? You should have told her that you'll loan her the money.

Now you see how STUPID this is. The interaction would have gone from you asking her out, which is emotional/sexual,to you loaning her money, like some type of business transaction.

This shouldn't happen in the dating process.

The reason why something as simple as you asking a girl out got complicated was because she's not interested.

She doesn't want to just come straight out and tell you she's not interested because she doesn't want to hurt you.

Women give wierd, illogical excuses when they're trying to turn down a guy without hurting him. I was once talking to a girl about her work schedule and she told me she has every Monday off. Then a little later on,I asked her out.You know what she said? She said...

"I'm always at work,I have 7 dogs and 10 cats that I always have to take care of,etc".

She just told me she has every Monday off, then when I asked her out,she said she wouldn't be able to go out because she's always at work.

See what I mean?

So yeah man,it's just an excuse.

How about trying to find something else that doesnt consist of money consumption? See what she says then?

Don't always be the one putting yourself out for her. Don't always be the one putting all the effort and work into the relationship. Let her, and expect her, to treat you as well as you treat her, and to improve the quality of your life.

It sounds like an excuse. But you could have easily given her the benefit of the doubt and doubled-down with something like telling her you'd pick up her huge tab at the local coffee shop in exchange for some sexual favors. Lots of ways you could have played it. Key is to not take what she says seriously and have fun with it, but still assuming the sale.

i didn't like guys paying my way to things either. if i didn't have money, i would suggest something else that didn't involve money.
i felt like if someone paid your way or bought you things, that you owed them. i didn't like owing anyone anything.

Since at one time she had an interest level...take her to a concert or movie, saying something like "I really want to see this movie, please join me (as a guest-friend). then the next time there's a movie that YOU wanna see, you can reciprocate". If she shys away, it doesn't look good. Sometimes women need a little "push" to get them where you want them to be. No sense giving up too easily, but dont forget to spin other plates in the meantime!

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.
