For a quick, easy, good tasting, and high protein meal, try this. Scramble two or three eggs or heat up in the microwave. Spread a can of tuna on a piece of whole wheat bread, add the eggs on top, a piece of cheese on top of that, and then dijon mustard and heat for a sec in the micro to melt the cheese. Taste great and very high in protein and if you eat with a side of cottage cheese and a protein shake, your daily intake of protein can almost be met with one meal.

Think I'll go make myself some!

I have other quick and easy delicious meals if interested.

That sounds great and everything, but you might want to spread out your protein intake throughout the day. Like, every two hours or so. I don't even eat ANYTHING every two hours, let alone protein, so that is a challenge for me.

Get yourself a George Foreman indoor grill - cooks up chicken, fish, beef etc.. in 5-10 minutes and comes out tasting great.

Every single guy should have one of these.

eating too much protein in one go makes your body just get rid of the excess and makes you fart aswell, spread the protein over the day.
