For a quick, easy, good tasting, and high protein meal, try this. Scramble two or three eggs or heat up in the microwave. Spread a can of tuna on a piece of whole wheat bread, add the eggs on top, a piece of cheese on top of that, and then dijon mustard and heat for a sec in the micro to melt the cheese. Taste great and very high in protein and if you eat with a side of cottage cheese and a protein shake, your daily intake of protein can almost be met with one meal.
