That was not AFC - she never LJBF me. It just ended, b/c of the distance (2 hours) and probably b/c she found someone else. At the time, I didn't even see it coming from her.. but alas you live, learn, and move on.

Today is her bday. AHHHH! must decide... what... to do.....

To be a dyck/jerk and either raise her IL or it might backfire and I risk burning a bridge for good.... or to be a good guy and pander to her ego... ahhhh!!!

Then it ended after I sent her an email telling her I want to hang out more(when she started flaking on my date offers) and she responded with that she doesnt want to get into anything right now.. which basically meant to me is that she doesnt want a relationship with "me."

I was going to say rejection, but LJBF sounded less painful.

Tells you she's not ready for "anything right now"
Then comes back and gives you intermittent attention YET does not put out. You have LJBFed.

EXACTLY. The fact that you had to come here and ask us do you call your EX on her BDay tells me you still have feelings for her.

You can easily call and say happy B-Day and talk for a sec, tell her you will talk to her later and leave.
