Well, my GF and I took a break which was mutual. I still hang out with her and her friend that I find attractive. Now how could I make this work with my GF's friend without being a jerk.

I already see signs of attraction from her. There is a lot of KINO and eye contact, and sexual innuendos.

How long were you together, how long have they been friends, how long have you known the friend, how did you come to this break......I mean if you are trying to hook up with your ex of 5yrs. best friend since kindergarten the situation is a lot different than if you are working a friend of a girl who you dated for 2 weeks. In all honesty I think your best bet would most likely be to stop hanging out with you ex and meet new girls.
