i sent her a sms back in christmas and she sent one back saying that wants to have a coffee and that she wants to know what i've been up to. she asked me in the sms she sent me today: where are you living? are you working?

is it just me or is she trying to know what my financial status is? i didnt answer and i feel i dont want / need to.

She's just checking you're ok. Probably a friend catch up thing, just find out how you are. Women do that sh1t because they are nosey.

Go along, expect nothing and who knows? But I don't see an agenda here, loads of my exes do this.

Women like communicating, they like knowing what people are up to, they care about friends and like to maintain that. This woman is all of these, but you are trying to see another agenda there and meaning in it when there needn't be. Remember, work is a big part of our lives as is where we live, she's just enquiring about two of the important things in life.

She seems like a nice person and yes, I think you've been burnt by women along the way and have become suspicious of their actions. In this case don't be, *REALLY*!
