Just been told by a mutual friend that my ex has deactivated/disappeared off Facebook.

Anyone any idea what the psychology is behind this?

Apparently he thinks she's been gone a few days

Why are you even looking.. checking..

You should be in complete hardcore NC

Your aim should be to remove her from your life.. looking on social media will not help

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

obviously you still have some emotions tied up with your ex.

iirc she's a bpd, right? this is probably just a play to get people to reach out to her and ask what's up. a test to see who 'really cares and will miss her'. maybe she's just over social media?

In any case, she is an adult and knows how to take care of herself. you need to remember that while you focus on YOU first.

dont make someone else your concern, unless it is your relation.

The most popular attention-seeking girl in my class did this, but she still has her snapchat. So what is the outcome rly? All the attention will come through 1 app. She will activate her FB soon anyway, no girl can get enough attention, its too addicting I promise you.

I wouldnt put much into the Hermit thing, its just a feeling she has at that moment, doesnt mean she is not getting plowed by several sleeve-tattoed gym heroes while snorting coke of their d1cks (actually based on a true story)

You're getting to the point where you are posting threads about her almost daily. If you're looking for some kind of male pity party, I don't think you'll find one on this forum.
Regardless of what she Is, or isn't, she moved on and you should also.

@phil2015 gotta agree with the other posters here, brother. It has be confirmed and is a certifiable fact at this point that this woman was batsh*t crazy. F*ck her man. Move on to better things.

Why does this matter? She is an ex.

She probably only got 99 likes on her latest cleavage selfie and not 100 so she got mad at the world and went into hiding.

Get over your ex, bro. Stalking through other people is immature.

Create self-fulfilling prophecies. Always assume the positive. Assume she likes you. Assume she wants to talk to you. Assume she wants to go out with you. When you think positive, positive things happen.
