I'll try to make this as brief as possible, but I'm going to provide context. In the past few years I was with this woman, we had the whole honeymoon phase where everything was hot and had sex multiple times a day...one of these encounters lead to having a child, which I was cool with, I didn't mind. That being said, I was only partially red pilled, I didn't think too much of it because I've been good enough for my tastes to get girls on instinct, but I lack the knowledge to keep them. This was different because I had a kid, and I wanted to make it work. Anyway, I pretty much exhibited all the beta characteristics, and I didn't really have a grasp on female nature back then. Now, I would say I'm well read and get the bigger picture.
Anyway, she left me and got with another dude who is in the process of becoming a lawyer, and definitely beta simping it up. The guy basically does everything she says, but like super beta. I was pretty damn beta, but this guy takes it to the next level: buying her expensive dinners all the time, running to grab the diaper bag and jumping in at every little minor inconvenience that she might encounter. If I wasn't so involved I'd have more empathy for the guy.
I used to take a lot of her **** because I didn't know better, now I stay emotionally stoic if she gets pissy, and tease her in a warm-hearted-bully fashion. I also used to be an open book and say everything, I dumped that, and only say the bare minimum and keep a confident demeanor and posture about me. Also, we still live in the same house that we're renting and he doesn't come over based on my boundaries. Her behavior has been changing slightly, I know I haven't mastered this new way of being, but I want to make it to the next level. Getting her back would be great, and I know my 1 year old son would appreciate it, it's not top goal, but I want to see if I can pull it off. She laughs a little more around me, and says I'm mysterious and cryptic, I'm also playing on the contrast of this beta guy, but I know I can bring it to the next level, I just don't know how to transition to my next move.
