Ever feel like a social outcast trying to pickup women?

In any situation I seem to be the only guy trying to pickup women. All others go to cafeteria strictly for EATING, go to malls strictly for SHOPPING, go to bars strictly for hanging out with friends, go to aerobics strictly for EXERCISING. I'm the only guy going to these places with pickup plans. I feel particularly awkward when the guy that works in the mall sees me with a strange look on his face wondering what I'm walking round and round not buying anything, and why I keep checking out the mall eatery from time to time without eating. Ever feel this way?

I don't know about the malls in USA but malls in India are very costly and I normally wouldn't buy any item from there coz I see no reason to. So I feel rather awkward pretending to be interested in some item and asking a girl's opinion about which one I should buy.

I have never tried this, I don't go to malls often because girls tend to be with thir boyfriend's or friends, you rarely see a girl by herself. I would be too shy to approach.

+1 to Crackers444. There was no one girl alone in the mall; most of them with their boyfriends(wonder why everyone else has no trouble hooking up)/family and some with their girlfriends but they seemed too involved actually buying things (unlike me), that I didn't feel like making a move.

No, I do approaches at the cafeteria all the time. Its great practice, and I got some #'s too as a added bonus.

Yeah its a shame that most guys aren't doing that, but they're doing pickups in the class room. Oh well their loss.
