i,m at a point where i realise a relationship with this girl is only going to end in disaster.. but the sex was so damn good

How long would you normaly wait after a break up, to try and get her back as a fuk buddy??

It Was a 4 month kinda relationship.. been no contact 3 weeks...

Any of you guys get an ex back as a fuk buddy, how did it work out for you?

You can get an ex as a FB, but only if she's still into you man.
Go on a date, and later you tell her straight out that you want to have a purely sex relationship. You can tell her before the sex (if you're ballsy), after the sex, or call her the next day to break the news.

I've had several girls agree to this - however it was not an equal relationship as I could feel that they still kinda had their hopes up I'd come around and commit.

But hey, we're all adults and I don't have a bad conscience as long as I'm 100% honest. I let them sleep over, otherwise it feels like I've paid a prostitute

No man If she wanted to be a f-buddy SHE would NOT be in NC. She would atleast put in minimal effort if she wanted to continue to f*c you. It's as simple as that, she knows there are plenty of other suckers on pof that she can go back to.

Yeh there is problems... she can be quite rude and ****y sometimes... i had to call her out on her behaviour, but she starts playing the victim and stops all communication with me..

She sabotages the relationship.. i,m not perfect, we both handled the situation quite bad this time round...

But she makes zero effort to resolve things... victim mode kicks in... so i either grovel like a dog to make up with her... or the relationship is finished..

These are my choices!! Sound like a healthy long term relationship to you???

Throw yourself into your workout and life improvement. Remove things that remind you of her. You have to heal and get back into yourself.
