Anybody use evaporated canned milk on here? I looked at it and it has alot of calories (about 480 per 12 oz) I know it has alot of sugar but its so dense and rich (twice as thick as whole milk). I was thinking of having a can of it and mixing in some whey for a shake preworkout, postworkout or even long with breakfast. What do you guys think?

I think you shouldn't post stupid ****.

"Hey guys! I was walking today and I found a shiny quarter on the ground. Do you think I should go back and pick it up? What do you guys think?"

Fogive me for trying to find a easy way to get more calories and nutrients. I would like to get someones honest opinion and not be flamed for asking a question. Thank you for your kindness.

Re:

Personally, I've never tried it. And I don't drink milk, well, rarely ever. Sometimes, soy milk. So I can't comment 1 way or the other, but I won't touch many dairy products and have been fine.

Moreover, "bruce", stupid posts should not follow intelligent questions, and you're fickle troll/derision post makes absolutely no sense, so the jokes on you.

Why not be part of the solution, rather than the problem?

Don't post stupid ****ing follow posts with no bearing on reality with poor attempts at humor, thank you.

Why don't you try it and see if it works?

Thats what I plan on doing. I was just wondering if anyone else has done or does use evaporated milk. And what they're experience with it was.
