It can either be a very good thing or a very bad thing.
It could be bad because you haven't made the move when you should on those girls, but they still want to be around you because, as they say, you keep them entertained. As ChrizZ said its pretty much the friend zone from there.
It could also be good because you could pretty much command attention in a group, being able to have first dips on any cutie you please.
