Enlighten Me On Body Language

So I've heard about how this really effects your game but I never really looked into it. But anyway I was watching an episode of the Pick Up Artist I DVR'ed and it was the one where they have to wear Speedo's to the poll party. So I'm watching and I notice Mystery comment on Joe D's positioning and body language sitting in the center of the poll with slouched shoulders looking really comfortable and I realized I do this all the time. So yeah I want to know more about body language. On another note this one girl in my Biology class keeps saying that when I try to act hard too much. But the thing is I don't talk like that or really act like and I thought maybe it had something to do with my body language, dunno?
