I got a problem with lack of energy and enthusiasm during the school year. Last year the same thing happened and it seems to destroy all improvements i make over the summer. What happens is once i get into school i last about a week and then everything seems to break down and i basically become a zombie. I am forced to wake up at 5:20 so that i have time to catch my bus which takes a whole hour to get to school (we have litterally like 30 stops that are really out of the way). I've tried going to bed as early as 7:30 but that hasnt helped me much at all. How can i get more energy?

Try going to sleep early (like you said you've tried) and wake up 30 mins BEFORE you normally do. This is so you can get yourself fully prepared and awake for school. What I do before school is do some pushups, situps, or barbell curls to get the blood/testosterone going. I also take a few minutes (if I have the time...) to mentally prepare myself by looking in the mirror and giving myself encouragement. I try to remember everything that I need to apply in my life, my goals, and how good of a person I already am. Try it.

drink lots of water, get lots of sleep and cease jerking off for a week and you should have plenty of energy. Also what kind of foods do you eat? I find i'm alot lower on energy when i eat ****ty food like pizza and burgers too much.

If you have tried all of this and are still feeling tired, then maybe it is all in your head. My advice for somebody that feels lethargic all the time is to actually get MORE busy. When I was in high school, I didn't really get much homework or have a job or anything, so I had too much spare time, and would usually fall asleep during the middle of the day. I have not fallen asleep in the middle of the day in the two years out of high school thanks to a more hectic schedule. Not only that, but I have NEVER felt lethargic either. I'm not saying that it is foolproof, but I bet if you had more going on in your life, you wouldn't need to sleep over ten hours a day. Hopefully nobody thinks I'm TOO crazy, as illogical as all of this sounds. laterz
