i had invested emotionally on this relation , im completly broken and torn into pieces inside, just feel a big emptiness and a little despair gotta be honest.
It even make my cry like a baby when im alone and thinking about what we had build in common.

Lesson learnt i will not invest again this deep emotionally someone that dosent deserv i had all the signs there didnt want to see. My fault even so
i feel ****ing misarable and i know the way to look is ahead and completly forgot her.

what´s your way to cope with the end of a relationship where you invested emotionally?

Dont tell me to go out and bang 30 random chicks it will not work i will need some time to heal me internally weeks, couple of months i dont know.

How you guys deal with this.

Know how you feel! Keep yourself busy which will keep your mind off her. Tell yourself she doesn't deserve you and try to improve yourself. It takes time to get over it.

^ yes keep yourself busy. I just got out of an LTR myself. Take this time to improve yourself like he said. Soon enough the prospect of other girls will interest you. But really, it's my opinion that you should focus on yourself and with enough hard work, it will start paying off and women will be coming to you.

The answer IS to go out and bang 30 more girls. If you want... you could complain and be heart broken all the time and not go out and get more pvssy. Take what you learned from this relationship and put that experience into the next one. The only way to get over her is to go out and have fun and meet more girls. My mentality for a relationship is this. When sh!t doesn't look good I start to back away from the girl so I don't end up heart broken. If something doesnt feel right in your relationship. You need to take a step back look at your girl and possibly expect the worse. I wouldnt over react and acuse her of anything but, you could say something doesnt seem right in our relationship is it just me or do you feel the same and go from there. Again, when your gut tells you something is fishy about your girl.. slowly back away from her and the heart ache will be less. Also Again, take your mind off your ex. Do things you enjoy, see your family, friends, MEET OTHER GIRLS!!! You think she might of been the 1 but I bet you will find sum1 else u think is better!

Definitely take time to heal but while doing this make sure you don't mope around.

Stay active maybe going for a walk outdoors every day or going out with friends and doing fun things.

If you meet new chicks along the way you don't even have to run game on em just make light conversation which will help more to take your mind off of things.

Every little bit helps.

Maybe he was taking his time to become married? I dont know but what I do know is Ive been in a LTR for 2 years now and it wouldnt affect me as much as it seems to affect lots of guys these days. I may be younger then you but I have invested lots of emotion into this and I was there when she was sad that her family member passed away and other things I wont mention but you know what if I lose her what do you think I will do? Nothing it will still be a new day tommorow with the sun shining and setting you shouldnt get all mangled up just because one girl let you go because if you think about thats just one girl compared to maybe like 3 billion in the world! I agree with some of the guys here take some time to asses what is important in your life and do it maybe work out longer then you have been doing, your life is more freer (Word? lol) now that you dont need to run stuff by anyone you can practically do anything really. But hey I barely got here so if you dont want to listen to me then fine dont its cool but just remember to get back on the horse sooner rather then later.

Alright, basically the best way to go out and get over an LTR is:
- Join clubs and activities
- Exercise
- Play the field
- Go have fun with friends
- go on a trip
- go to a wine tasting
- Meet other girls
- and etc.

There is a lot of things to do out there.

I feel sorry for you, my sosuavian brother, and wish that I could help. Those are my suggest. I did those things and it helped me get over my one year relationship ending.

You prove my point - only invest emotionally in your wife to be!!! All else is wasted energy and will lead to disappointment's, in the long run!! Why is it it wasted? Because there is no life-long commitment!! Emotional investment is NOT temporary - it is part of your life essence - and enduring!! This is why your life energy is zapped and taken from you when she leaves - you have been drained from your emotional existence!!

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

Wow, I feel for you man. Once you've broken up with someone who you've been so attached to, IT IS hard to get back on your feet. You feel empty inside and a need for companionship. You might feel like you'll never find anyone else, and even if you did, would you ever feel the same way about someone again? Keep your head high, brother. You'll fall in love again, and your life will go on. Keep yourself busy, work on yourself, and one day you'll wake up and realize that you don't feel for this girl anymore. Time heals all.

I know that when you're in a relationship with a girl, you kinda tend to neglect your buddies. Spend as much time as you can with them, they'll help to numb the pain. Also, take up a new habit. You should have some more money in your account now that you only have to pay for yourself. Just remember, it's perfectly normal to feel the way you do.
