Hi there, everyone! I thought this could be an interesting question that mature men ask themselves at least once in their lives:

How do you know if you are an "employeeman" (someone geared towards working for someone else within a pre-existing infrastructure) or a "businessman" (someone who works independently and builds their own infrastructure)?

An employee's fate is tied to an employer.

Employers today have zero loyalty and are notorious for doing mass layoffs without zero notice.

Being an employee, especially a white collar employee, is not a good place to be.

Anecdotally, the older 50+ guys I know in real life that still have active dating lives are all business owners, not job guys (even white collar).

That aside, a lot of guys are talented in a certain area, but running a business isn’t one of them. For those guys, there’s no shame in working a job.

It doesn't matter if your business is successful or what sector you're in. You could be selling dog food, and many of these so-called business owners are just "faking it".
They show off fancy cars and houses, and all it takes is a good outfit and a phone to your ear to make you look like a businessman nowadays. Better if you could "afford" a fake rolex.
Then, women often cannot tell the difference; they can be superficial.
They can't tell if you're fake or really that guy. Just show them those things, and if you're a good guy faking it, they will stay.

Side hustles is something Id be focus on.

Maybe hiring a few blue collar workers to garden and mow people’s houses, also a catering business perhaps starting a God conscious vegetarian cafe and dessert shop somewhere.

Also thinking of real estate, owning property to rent off for people, good way to make money. Im interested in martial arts, Id like to start my own dojo someday if I can.

The lord blessed us with special talents, it’s up to us to find out what it is and make money off it for good purposes.
