So last night I was hanging out with my girlfriend, and things were going great. Neither of us have had sex before and we both really wanted to. However, I couldn't get an erection. I was really really nervous, and my heart was pounding so incredibly fast. We had been hanging out for like 4 hours, and it was really easy to get an erection in the begginning, but as time went on, it became more difficult. Even after that, she started masturbating me while we were making out, and I wasn't hard when she started but after she got going I got hard, but then after she stopped my erection went away quickly. The first few times we hungout I was able to get hard for the whole time, but after a while my balls hurt soo bad, which I read was a result of swelling due to sperm buildup. It is all in the head man. Like you said your heart was racing and your thoughts were probably also. At first you are probably putting to much pressure on yourself. You must relax and stop thinking how you want to make it so good for her, you want to last, you don't want to suck etc etc.

Start thinking positive thoughts like this will be fun for the both of us, or how good she looks etc. Good luck man
