Perhaps it's already been done in a past thread - none that I found with concise info - but would anybody with some experience be willing to post a brief primer on "making the leap" to raw eggs?

It would be nice to know what to expect in terms of digestive adaptation, easy starter shakes that are psychologically less difficult to transition with, different prep methods, how to store egg shakes so as to not disturb people who would be disgusted, etc. Nothing fancy, just the basics.

The sheer efficiency of consuming raw eggs intrigues me, and I would love to have a half-gallon full of tasty raw egg shake ready to slam at the office, but the last thing I need is some secretary freaking out 'cause my eggs were near her junk food, followed by having to let off a sudden stank bomb in the middle of the meeting with a star client.

Thanks in advance if anyone has any advice or links on this.

1. mix raw eggs with 1 scoop choc whey

2. looks and smells like a milkshake

3. repeat for as many shakes as you need

I've seen this statistic a few times before.

I tried eating raw eggs once, I was so close to puking and didn't manage to get any egg down...

then you have obviously never megaloaded eggs. :D
I've done my fair share, but i'm not sure what the cholesterol levels plateau at.

In fact it doesn't even have to be eggs. I'm sure it can be beef, but they did eggs.

The study was obviously a cholesterol study, so anything cholesterol wise is prob going to work. You could have eaten 4oz of beef if it had 800mg. I dont know off the top of my head without looking at the package to see cholesterol content per so many ounces, but they could have done the study with beef.

I'm sure there is a max level, though finding out what it is, will be another story. I'd actually like to get more info on this, so I will be searching
