RedPill
Master Don Juan
Perhaps it's already been done in a past thread - none that I found with concise info - but would anybody with some experience be willing to post a brief primer on "making the leap" to raw eggs?
It would be nice to know what to expect in terms of digestive adaptation, easy starter shakes that are psychologically less difficult to transition with, different prep methods, how to store egg shakes so as to not disturb people who would be disgusted, etc. Nothing fancy, just the basics.
The sheer efficiency of consuming raw eggs intrigues me, and I would love to have a half-gallon full of tasty raw egg shake ready to slam at the office, but the last thing I need is some secretary freaking out 'cause my eggs were near her junk food, followed by having to let off a sudden stank bomb in the middle of the meeting with a star client.
Thanks in advance if anyone has any advice or links on this.
