After smoking for nearly ten years, a year ago I made the DECISION to quit.
It was rough for about three days. After that, blue sky.
Were there any fancy tricks involved? No.
I simply made a DECISION.
You worry about quitting cigarettes because you have not DECIDED that you can do it. There is still much doubt and fear clouding your mind.
But if I asked you whether you could use a computer, you would respond in the affirmative, because you have DECIDED (whether consciously or not) that you can.
The man of DECISION cannot be stopped!
The man of INDECISION cannot be started!
So remove the factor of chance, for it exists only in your mind. Make your choice.
