While you are right in that he is a massive toolbag and most of his posts are retarded, his post in this thread was the best. No matter how many Roissy blogs, Book of Pooks or ebooks you read its not gonna replace experience. What Alchemystic is trying to say is right, although he puts it in the most awkward way possible.
