To all of you college students:
I'm a college freshman, six feet tall and 150 pounds. I want to bulk up to about 180, but I'm not sure how I can possibly eat enough.
Like most students, I guess, I have a 2-meal a day meal plan and not much money to eat off campus. Next semester, I'll switch to a 3 meal a day plan, but eating the recommended six meals would be impossible for me. I want to get some good "snack" food to keep in the dorm and eat in between meals and on the way to class.
What would you recommend? The college forbids most appliances except a refrigerator and microwave. I have a good appetite (I'm pretty much always hungry), I just cannot eat enough in one sitting at the dining hall, and this is really hurting my diet. Thanks for any help.
