Dumped my GF this morning

Hi Guys

Just a quick question. I split with my gf of 9 months this morning and am just wondering how some of you would have reacted also.The reason for split is that I am buying house in next few months, yet she refuses to get a job and contribute.

Other reasons include:

- Repeated lies (3 times of which I forgave her)
- Unemployed for 8 years. Went nuts when I called her lazy
- Severe epilepsy
- Gave me an STD when we met
- Up to her eyeballs on pills and anti depressants
- Whilst on phone other week put her sister on to shout at me

These events have collectively taken place over 9 or so months. I was wondering is there anything here which would have caused any of your to leave her sooner? Did I ignore the red flags?

Anyway, you missed lots of red flags, but that doesn't have to be a bad thing necessarily. Red flags are a sign that you must avoid emotional attachment to her and should only use her as a fvck buddy. So if you did become emotionally attached to her (which means you are feeling like sh!t right now, because of the break up), then yeah, you did miss the red flags.

Learn from the experience, improve yourself from it, and move on towards the next girl.

Yeah, I knew I guy in a situation like this. His ex would break down the door and sneak into his apartment to argue with him if she could. What makes you think she will just let you walk away? Looks like she has nothing better to do with her spare time.


Should of scanned for red flags sooner (first two dates) before this girl became a problem.

Ive been such a tool and should be placed in the hall of fame for ultimate AFC behaviour!

Just an update, in regards to splitting with GF on sunday morning after a drunken argument on sat night, I had been given 2 weeks off work by my ultra-compasssionate boss and anti-depressants by the doctor

Just less than 30 mins ago been shown my exs facebook statuses by my sis (who is still friends with her). Her stats included 'some people need a slap' 'some people don't get the message' and 'Since you been gone/Stronger by Britney spears'.

What a tool Ive been. Here I am ringing, texting, going to her house, putting gifts through letterbox....when its obvious she didnt give 2 s**** in reality!!


Another point, just a bit about our relationship, it was healthy with no arguments/lots of sex, but I had noticed her IL drop slightly over past 2 months. I even asked her how interested she felt, to which she replied it was very high! Lies again! So my theory is that her IL didnt just drop as a result of the argument on sat night, but went from 90-39% over past 2 months. Obviously let my gaurd down, became careless and saw too much of her. When I split with her she sat there emotionless and stared straight ahead...

Any hoo, another thought is that she has been on anti-depressants for 3 weeks for epilepsy. when she comes off them I feel her emotions/feelings for me may return. any ideas?

Whats your thoughts guys? Appart from I am an absolute tool!?

I would run, if this girl doesnt find a guy fast shes going to try and beat you down somehow. either emotionally or physically. You know what your dealing with better than anyone and if you think your in trouble when her drugs wear off then you can be sure your right.

Just an update of situation...

Done some very needy/beta things, literally begging, going around, giving flowers, calling herup etc, to the extent that she just ignored me completely. Decided to go NC with her today and see what happens....Due to the factors in the list above, she will get played and messed about with by club guys, players, fbs etc then miss the proper relationship I offered her. Can imagine getting a call or text asking how I am in next couple of months. I'll be long gone and moved on by then

Furthermore I think she is merely pretending to now care. Whenever I see her round town now she's growing, looking messy, hair scraped back, shoulders slumped etc. Inside I thibk she is hurting too

And yes she also has a kid
