Im just wondering what is the point of getting a gym membership when i can just buy a set of changeable dumbbells to use. My main priority is my pecs, back, and shoulders, but I would rather use the dumbbells only if its possible, even tho less efficient, and avoid forking out all the money for a gym membership. How much less efficient are dumbell workouts to gym workouts in creating results in the pecs/back/shoulders. Thank in advance for this will be the deciding factor on how i approach my working out.
