Do you guys drink a lot? Both in terms of frequency of nights out, and also how drunk you get on those nights out.

I've been drinking a lot lately, and I'm thinking it correlates with my recent lack of success on nights out.

Normally when I drink I have alot of confidence and always manage to get with girls, also I enjoy myself more.. I can't handle the clubs without copious amounts of alcohol.

As a uni student, normally twice a week unless I have coursework due. Last year I would get pretty wrecked all the time, I'd forget something every week or two, made out with loads of women, but never got laid, being too drunk to realise when it was on was a big factor in that I'm certain.

This year I still go out just as much, but I've really cut down on how much I drink, I try to stop drinking when I run out of money, rather than take more out with my card, and I don't drink as heavily during predrinks, unless it's a birthday. Still not had any sex this year, but I've come much closer, ended up in a bed or two, and terrible coincedence has stopped it (1 Girl chundered over the side of the bed)

That's not to say that being drunk is the main cause for my lack of success. I have little game at the moment, I can flirt yeah, but I'm still a bit of a ***** when it comes to making a move, which is the worst part, I'll tell myself all night to do something, and still won't. A friend of mine gets just as drunk as me, but bangs fairly regularly because he has some game.

In my expereince too, most people only get laid due to nights out, that may be because I'm in uni, but all of my friends relationships have come from getting together on a night out.

I was basically the same way as Gunner regarding girls. Got laid a few times in college because I was so hammered every weekend and partied a bunch, but my game during the day was for sh*t. Alcohol was clearly a crutch that messed with my head all week. I had some hangovers that would last for a very long time.

However, in the last few months I have been getting much better, and I believe that is partially due to my lack of drinking.

Now I drink about 4 to 5 times a month, and only once heavily. I find my mind so much more clear during the day and my job performance is much improved since I have a clear mind and improved energy. Also, im in better shape. I would suggest alcohol in moderation to anyone, have that one night a month you go crazy, but otherwise, drink sparingly. You will improve in other areas of your life that are more important than women, and you know what, that is what gets you women. Not alcohol, but by being awesome.

Number one thing. Don't forget to have fun, but personally, I wouldn't worry about girls until you have your career underway with some money to spare.

Carry only your ID and amount of cash that will get you on a good level.

If you want to talk, talk to your friends. If you want a girl to like you, listen to her, ask questions, and act like you are on the edge of your seat.

as of 2/1/13 i was Alcohol free!

I have BOUGHT a drink since. ( people have bought me some. i drank them ust to be nice you know. only happened like 3 times in 3 months so.)

my experience with it is this:

I have more fun out then i do drinking. I don't for get anything because i got blind drunk and I am in control at all times. sure you don't get that confidence boost but that never worked for me. i still felt chody even when drinking.
