I just watched this clowns' primetime special and it's readily apparent he wants to womanize the planet. Robin has taken this guys nutts and stuffed 'em in her Louis Vuitton.

The way he took this guy Rob to school by bushwhacking him and blindsiding him with the three women is appalling to me. How discombobulated was it the way Dr.Phillis attacked then turned around and circumvented this guy who is just trying to live his life the way he wants to live it. Not by "The Rules" or by drinking some "Chicken soup for the AFC soul" but taking hmself and his own priorities first. He's supposed to apologize for having bedded down more women than Dr. Philathia ever could in 10 lifetimes?

The good "Doctor (yeah right, more like Quack)" has lost his Y chromosome and has let Match.com become the new therapy couch.

It's sad that he and others of the flock believe and follow this bullsh!t as gospel.

Anyone else as outraged at this guys' crap?

Oh yeah. That guy freaks me out. He is like you combined a gay guy and a woman. Then, he parades around tellling MEN how to act?

But, you have to admit, he's an awesome business person. He's selling exatly what the women are buying.

He's the anti-christ.

The most funny part of that joker is that he's so confident that he's a wuss. He is positive that he's a wuss, and insists that it's the way to be. He's such a lady's lady it's gross.

Dr. Phil is the human embodiment of an AFC taking female identification to it's ultimate extreme. He is walking androgeny. He is why I exist - to be the lone voice of truth shouting in the wilderness, bringing men back into their birthright's.

My wife love's Dr Phill.

I told her that Dr Phill is a "Biitch" a fake phony, that panders to the ladies to keep his rating's up, he along with Fagtail(Montel) Williams make me wont to throw up.

Surely, he doesnt believe his own rhetoric!

When are we going to get a talk show exclusively for men? Or, at least a show where the men are willing to at least tell the truth about things.

Come on Rollo lets start a show for men. There are men out there who would support us, no? Would prime time go for it?

Sayno'

As an aside there is a show coming up where a lady calls Dr Phill just what he is a...."Biitch"!

I rarely see the show, but when I do there's always a couple with the woman doing all the talking, the AFC man taking the heat from Dr. Phil on how he doesn't "communicate" well and the woman is 100 percent correct.

Just once I'd like to hear this:

Dr. Phil: "Bob, why did you stray and cheat on your wife?"

Bob: Hey, are you freaking blind? She's 350 pounds, has a voice like a crow, and b-tches at me 24/7/365 ... the last time I got a woody looking at her was years ago. C'mon PHILLIP, you'd do the same ... and looking at your past history, it appears you have indeed done the same. Give me some skin, right here dude!

Yeah, Dr. P is a real panderer. I wonder what is major motivation is: emasculating men or just making money?

DJBR: Slow down there sailor, I'm not shipping out on that boat,..:D

The only time I ever gave Dr. Phill more than a roll of my eyes in passing was one time I was in a waiting room and he was on. The only reason I remembered the show was because he had wired up one of his women with an earpiece so he could literally tell this woman what to say to the guy she was on a date with. This couple was shot on a concealed camera and the audience was in complete hysterics as this girl parroted whatever she was secretly told to by Dr. Phil. I can remember thinking, "why would this woman even need to have Dr. Phil whisper in her ear since he's only telling her to say what any Cult-of-Oprah woman would say in the first place?" He basically comes up with these patently cliched feminine responses.

He suffers from an extreme case of 'feminine identification disease' - the misguided, uber AFC idealization that the more a man identifies and becomes more similar with a woman the more she'll appreciate his uniqueness among "other guys" and reciprocate with intimacy (i.e. sex). Of course in practice we know this is the polar opposite of what a man should do as this mentality places a woman on a pedestal, supplicates to her frame, displays a complete lack of confidence and genuiousness, and ultimately is the root of her lacking respect for him.

Dr. Phil is endemic of this very wide-spread fallacy. It's not enough that he perceives the way to a woman's intimacy is by complete association and similarities in an effort to "be one of the girls" well enough to get laid, but he preaches this Cult-of-Oprah femininty to men as unbreachable and infallible.

One word-

RATINGS

It's fantasy just like everything else you see on t.v. Unless you are watching sports or nature shows or whatever, that's what you're gonna get.

This guy wouldn't even be on t.v. if he told it like it is. And you know what? In our lifetime there will never BE someone on network t.v. who shoots straight and tells it like it is.

It's this whitebread-n-butter world "Doc" likes to believe men to vicariously live in harmony, like drones supplicating and slaving themselves to the queen. It's corporal punishment the way men are shuttled off to "be nice. shut up and pay for flowers, drinks and dinner and then you'll be rewarded for your efforts with the hope, mind you guys THE HOPE, of sniffing her panties or getting your fingers wet.

This is why Phil is visual chick crack. He offers what they dream. Guys who follow the DJ principles and take responsibility and accountability for themselves know damn well this is not what women scream for. They WANT the big bad wolf. They WANT passion and intrigue and ,I know this for a fact, women have complete adoration for wanted men.

When the good Doctor brought Rob in to be confronted by the three women he had played all eyes were on the indominable Dr. Phil to save thier broken hearts and sell them a franchise of romance and candles. Rob, poor sap that he is, cracked under the pressure (or maybe it was the halogen) while he was interrogated by those stygian witches and the evil wizard and left in dispair.

Let this be a lesson brothers, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS maintain yourself as the priority and be the prize.

Honestly, do you guys think Dr. Phil is "really" AFC at all? Seriously?

Sure, the tv persona "Dr. Phil" would promote this extreme feminization, and this persona sells ratings because there are millions of disgruntled women out there looking for precisely what Dr. Phil sells.

But outside of his successful show (you cannot deny that the "Dr. Phil" persona is incredibly successful among women viewers, and has launched him into the dream life with both the show and the books he sells on top of it), do you really believe that Dr. Phil isn't a man's man?

Something tells me that when he goes home, he's not kissing his wife's ass (I know, he's had her on the show, and she has her little segments, but come on. It's the "Dr. Phil" show and the books are the "Dr. Phil" books, not "Dr. Phil's wife's stuff.").

Same thing with Oprah Winfrey. Yeah, there's definitely a cult of Winfrey out there. And then you have Stedman. At first, I'd think "Stedman must be a total wimp," but I just can't believe it. The dude is successful on his own. Oprah doesn't share money with him. Heck, she seems like the type that would leave a man the moment he started leeching off of her at all. In short, Stedman wouldn't be able to associate with her at all unless he was wholly independent and successful himself. Which he is, apparently. Not as much as the O, but enough to have her keeping him around.

But eh, maybe I've got it all wrong in that regard. I don't "know" any of these people. I don't know if Dr. Phil is really a loyal husband, and I don't know if Stedman and Oprah are fake or not.

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I agree Cap. I think Dr. Phil is an alpha of sorts when it comes to his own personal life. I remember watching a show of his (can't remember what it was about) and hearing him make a slick comment about doing "things" with his wife and she of course said "hey, watch it!" while he had this big smile on his face. I think he knows what he's doing (as in calculated and methodical)and it's paying off big time.

Did anyone watch the show?

Alright, this is my first post/response anything. They were talking about this show on the Tom Leykis show in LA, too and every guy was freaking out. If you watched the beginning (and I was only able to by TiVoing it and fast forwarding through the Paula Abdul date-a-thon for lonely women), this hoser says he wants a committed relationship with one women and all the women he dates are dumb. The minute he is confronted by the women he is dating, all that talk flies right out the window. Dr Phil knew he was full of it and called him on it. He gave them the impression he was dating them exclusively.
Look, it's fine to date lots of women and lots of women just want to date. It's chuckleheads like this that screw it up for everybody. His head isn't screwed on straight and deserves no sympathy from anyone and neither do any of the women he dates because they only went after him because of his looks.
That show was just one big loser-fest and I was a loser for watching it:down:

Whether Phillip is AFC or not, I don't know. His show is AFC and that's what matters. Just because we've found the holy grail here on sosuave doesn't mean living in an AFC society is a good society.

I really feel bad for young boys growing up today. They're bombarded with this crap.

If a DJ was on Phillip's show, he'd be shot down.

I do know one thing: AFCness sells and Dr. Phillip is making buckets off it.

Exactly. If I sell heroin and I'm a teriffic guy, with a prosperous life and I'm Rollo Tomassi the counselor of lost men,...I'm still selling heroin!

You know how easy it would be for me to start my own porn site with the contacts and money I could generate in my present job? I could easily make 4 times my annual salary. I could just as easily open my own strip club and rake in cash. I don't do that because I can't compartmentalize my personality like that and neither can most sane people - in fact the ability to compartmentalize one's personality and behaviors is a prime indicator of a sociopathic disorder.

While "Doctor" Phil is a marketing machine who took his pages from Oprah's book, on some level he has to be getting behind his product.

I agree, at some point he's behind it and believes it. His kid even is writing books and he's just Phil junior.

Funny, the damage they're doing is incredible but because it's not drugs, porn, gambling, whatever, it's considered good.

Having an agenda to get all men in America to be a bunch of full-fledged wimps all for money is extremely, extremely dangerous. Rollo himself has given examples of young men killing themselves over women, and it happens every day in our country.

Dr. Phil's message is nearly as dangerous as drugs. He's telling men to give up their masculinity and their SELF all for a woman. That is the overt message blurted out every single day. It is tremedously damaging to men.

Just look at this site, there are guys well past high school who have never dated. I'm not trying to insult anyone here, but that's not healthy. Somewhere, someone told them that they weren't worth anything and that women were some mysterious/goddess like creature which is impossible to be approached.

This is dangerous, dangerous thinking and it's perpetuated by freaks like Dr. Phil.

As dangerous as drugs? Not quite, but he's there. Look at teen suicide: I'd guess 3/4's of them occur because the boy broke up with a girl.

We should all take this Dr. Phil/Oprah/man-bashing commericals and the feminization of American society very, very serious.

The commercials, by the way, are really, really, really freaking me out now. If you start paying attention, it turns out that at least 3 out of 5 have some sort of man degradation in them. The other 2/5 are just showing a car driving through the countryside.

That's fine, let Phil and his crew stay preaching to the depressed-and-on-medication-because-I'm-fat-and-single crowd. The more I think of it, Dr. Phil and Oprah are really of no concern of mine. Their target audience is composed of fatties, fuglies, low self-esteemers, and stay at home housewives who are depressed and looking for hope. Those targets aren't my targets, so, Phil and O aren't worth my brain signals, much less my keystrokes.

And yes, you're right keyboard jockey.
