Hello Don Juans and coming Don Juans,

Today I decided to change my life and improve myself to the best possible.

Information about myself:
I am 17 years old and visit the 10th grade of a Highschool which has brought out 2 famous politicans in my country. I am from Germany, more precisely I live in Bavaria, you maybe know it due to the famous Beer Festival in Munich. I am 180cm tall (6 feet) and weigh 61kg (134 lbs), so as you can see I am skinny. I am shy and insecure when it comes to girls, actually I am also insecure in talking to strangers. My social activites stopped and I lost my first and last female friend when I left elementary school because we also moved to another city and none of my classmates lived in my city (although here is the school, lol), so I escaped in the magic world of online gaming. The worst decision I took in my life by now. My best friend over the past 6 years was my pc and a guy I only knew over the internet. All my peers developed in their social interaction and sport or whatever while I killed some monsters in my mmorpg and ate some frozen pizza (I am really surprised I didn't got fat). Needless to say my grades went down to constant D's. I was the biggest AFC from 5th to 10th grade, I bought presents for Valentine's Day for a girl that I not even talked to and wrote love letters. All the bull$hit you learn from TV.
But thank god I am not ugly and I am also not a Nerd or something like that. Just an average frustrated Chump.

So there is hope and my first step to a better life is setting my goals.


LONG TERM GOALS

I. Develop deep passion to my unique hobbies.
II. Improve my looks as far as possible.
III. Improve my Self-Confidence and get a well-respected MAN.
IV. Improve all my abilities from sport to handwork.
V. Eat and live healthy.
VI. Find a job that I love, earn enough money to feed a family and where I still have enough free time.
VII. Get the woman of my dreams and raise a family with her.



HOW TO GET THERE

I. Develop deep passion to my unique hobbies.
1. Learn accordion
I am fascinated of the music from Yann Tiersen and my long-term goal here will be to be able to play all the music of him and of course other great accordion compositions. I love music.
Unfortunately I can start not until summer because I have flute lessons right now and have to take them until summer.
2. Improve my sailing abilities
I love sailing and my long-term goal here is to get all the necessary boating certificates and experience to sail with my brother through the most beautiful places on earth.
Got already the boat certificate to sail on lakes, this summer I'll make the license for driving a boat with engine. I'll also spend more time with my uncle who owns a boat.
3. Books
Books are great to gain wisdom. So my goal will be here to read at least one self-improvement book every month. This month it will be "Your Money Or Your Life".

II. Improve my looks as far as possible.
1. Musclebuilding
I purchased Vince Del Monte's "No Nonsense Muscle Building" and signed up at a gym. I will give my best and will follow his program strictly. Probably except his nutrition plan, because I am vegetarian. This will not be easy to get enough protein.
2. Get nice clothes
I never liked shopping but it seems like I have to. My goal here is to find my personal style. I hope I'll gain fast muscle mass because its not easy to find clothes that suit you if you are skinny. A monthly haircut is also a must. To get nice clothes I will have to find a job for weekends.

III. Improve my Self-Confidence and get a well-respected MAN.
1. Self-Defence
One step to improve my Self-Confidence is Musclebuilding. The next one will be joining a self-defence class. I'll join a trial session in "Wing Tsun" next Wednesday.
2. DJ Boot Camp
Another program to improve my Self-Confidence and getting socialized will be the DJ Boot Camp. I'll start the first week 2moro.
3. Quit Masturbating
I tried it already and my longest period of abstaining was 2 weeks. It really boost my confidence and with it agression. I talk much more and I am overall more socialized. I have more power and I am not as tired in the morning as I am when I masturbate regularly. Another benefit ist that girls quasi seek attention from me. You have probably read these benefits already on this forum and I can just agree to all of them. To manage Non-Masturbating I have to stay away from porn and pics, if you start touching you you'll lose control over your body.

IV. Improve all my abilities from sport to handwork.
1. Sport
I am in nearly every sport average or even under-average so I'll take every chance to play some sport with my friends from now on. My goal is to improve my abilities in any form of sport every month.
2. Handwork
Well, this is actually a problem. My dad don't really do handwork so he can't teach it to me but I think this is a crucial ability from a real man. No solution here.
3. Driver license
When I passed all my exams I'll start my lessons for the driver license. This will be approximately in July.
To improve all my abilities I'll take now every chance to learn something.

V. Eat and live healthy.
1. Stay vegetarian
I know some of you can't understand it that somebody doesn't eat meat. You maybe think this is a piece of vital energy and for you it is just "normal" to eat meat. But I personally believe it is healthier to be vegetarian. I don't want to convince you from my mindset. I really don't care what you eat but when I smell my poop and it smells good I know this is the correct diet for me. (xD). In fact meat-eaters more often try to convince me that I am wrong.
2. Implement healthy smoothies to my diet
I have read about Green Smoothies which contain nearly every green vegetable (spinach..) you want and even grass (e.g. barley grass). The special thing about them is the big amount of chlorophyll they contain, which is very very healthy. I don't really think this will taste good but I'll give it a try. Otherwise I'll just make usual smoothies to get more vitamins.
3. Yoga
I'll join my first lesson of Yoga on Tuesday. I only hear good things about it and I am convinced it will help me to relax and stay flexible till I am old.

VI. Find a job that I love, earn enough money to feed a family and where I still have enough free time.
1. Improve my grades
Right now I almost do nothing for school. The only thing I do is homework so my grades are bad. As first step I'll spend at least 1 hour every day for school.
2. A-levels
To get good A-levels I'll have to do much more for school. I have to create a plan to fill my gaps.
3. College
I don't know yet what I want to study. A job where I would have much free time would be elementary school teacher but I don't know if this job really fit me. Any suggestions?

VII. Get the woman of my dreams and raise a family with her.
1. Get socialized
I'll follow the DJ Boot Camp and absorb all the information in the DJ Bible. A good book I have to repeat is "How to win Friends and influence People". But in fact I just have to take ACTION ACTION ACTION.
2. Get laid
My goal here is to get a girlfriend.. my first real kiss.. and of course lose my virginity. It is just annoying when my classmates make fun of me because I didn't have a girlfriend yet, maybe they as well didn't have one yet but I am honest. It doesn't really affect me but if I lose my virginity they will finally shut up.
3. To get the woman of my dreams..
I just have to become the man of my dreams. A Don Juan.



Wow, I nearly wrote a novel here, thank you for reading this. I am open to every tip or suggestions of you guys.

1. At the end of each week, make a new to-do list entitled, “Weekly Goals”. Write everything you want to accomplish in the next seven days.
2. Every night, make a new to-do list entitled, “Daily Goals”. Pull from your weekly list and routine every task you want to finish tomorrow.
3. During your workday, focus only on completing the daily list. Pretend your other work doesn’t exist. When you’ve finished the daily list, you’re done for the day and you’re not allowed to add more work.

Welcome to the forums! :) You've got some great goals here and I'm rooting for ya!

I'm not an expert on improving looks and stuff like that, so I'll leave that to the other guys. But, I can say that I'm pretty good with confidence (I wasn't always like that, and I only recently got confident with girls).

The one thing I wish that I was told when I was younger is to walk with my head held high. I used to always stare at the ground when I was walking and felt no confidence at all. I would also avoid eye contact with people. So, Walk with your head held high! (if you don't already)

One thing on the Muscle Building that I can point out is Complimentary proteins. With you being Vegitarian and all you probably already know about them but just in case you don't, I figured I'd mention them.

And with handwork, I'd suggest that you think up a project that you want to do and search on the internet for an e-how. Also, I'm creative and I have an uncle who is EXTREMLY good at building stuff (he made a couch out of plywood and a projector screen with cloth and pvc pipe), so If you have an Idea hit me up and I'll try to think of how you could do it (assuming you don't figure it out yourself, I know you could)

All stuff you might already know, but hey, It can't hurt ya to be reminded.

You got a good layout here. Make sure you make it as detailed as possible, eliminate loopholes and follow up in your journal.
Typing on my phone (as usual) so I can't make crazy essays.
Btw, its to become, not get. Just to solve any gay missunderstandings there.

For 1, make a more detailed plan, even more, or like at 1.3. Maybe you wanna do that on all your goals.

2, Clothes are cool, but kinda overated. Personally, I like to stand out and to look cool. I suppose I have a hipster look. Open shirt, often rolled up sleeves, tshirt, jeans, fugly shoes. I should buy new shoes.. But they're so nice.

3, I suppose that's cool. You need to set off some time for the bootcamp tho. And you have to follow it up detailed in your journal.

4, Practice.

5,I'm questioning your belief in being vegetarian. Why? Getting proteins without meat will be hard. Plant protein have lower uptake too. Soy protein turns into estrogen. Beliefs often aren't formed by yourself, but by other people. You ready to live like this for the rest of your life? Is the pleasure of abstaining from it greater than the pleasure of the ease (++) of eating meat? However, I agree that its healthier, but even more healthier if combined with some meat. Define healthy for me please.

As for muscle. You DO need to eat a ****load. Find your macros. Find your calories. Count for a day/week. Diet is 80%.
What's your routine? Post it. I recommend my routine. Lifting is the best choice I've made, maybe apart from leaving norway.

You have no proper plan for the last 2, make one.

Carbs don't kill. Its just that they are often eaten too much of, hence overweight people. Learn when to use them, as in pre and post workout.

Thank you for welcoming me.
You are right with the holding your head up and even better searching eye contact thing. I used to stare on the ground and avoid eye contact, too. I stopped this behaviour already, can't remember where I got this information. But thanks anyway, maybe somebody else can use the tip.
The tip about the complimentary proteins ist new to me, thank you for that. Although most recipes are already composed of complimentary proteins.
About your idea with a project for improving my handwork abilities: I'll keep that in mind, but its not one of my most important goals right now.

1, You are right I have to detail my plan more, especially what I have exactly to do, but it was important for me to write an rough plan first of all.
2, I have nearly the same style as you have ;) Rolled up sleeves.. open shirt.. except of the fugly shoes ;) I know that clothes are not most important, but I just guess I have to extent my wardrobe. E.g. I have fugly childish underwear, that would be embarassing if I am with a girl.
3, About the DJ Boot Camp: I need 1 week of abstaining from masturbating to have enough power for that. So I'll start on Monday 16.05 and will keep you updated. I know I should not postpone my tasks but I just feel more comfortable with that with more testosterone.
4, You are right, this is not a belief formed by myself. But I never really liked a steak because e.g. it is chewy to eat, without spice it would have the flavor of nothing, it is the muscle mass of a creature and it takes hours to stomach a steak. I agree with you that it is healthy to eat maybe one day in the week a steak if its from a healthy creature. But this kind of meat is expensive and I would not make more progress with eating one day in the week meat. I'll probably think about eating fish because its just not as ugly as a slaughtered pig. You just think different about it if you spend some time with that subject. If you eat every day meat it is definitely not healthy for you, especially not in America where the pigs get growth hormones and so on..
You can absolutely get much protein with a vegetarian and even vegan diet. But its just not as easy as with meat. My foundation is Nuts&Seeds, cereals, legumes & milk/cheese.

1) I mean grade 10. (Class is similiar to the german "Klasse" :p)
2) I hope you will start you journal soon. It is definitely important to write down your goals.
3) I don't think that every meat is healthy but that is my opinion. I feel good with my vegetarian diet, if my body would desire to eat meat I would hear to him. You also need carbs to build muscle.
4) I just have to go more often shopping, I am just lazy :p
5) It is definitely a fun thing for me but you are actually wrong in my opinion. That I did not have a girlfriend yet ist the only argument my peers can bring up against me (everybody tries to "diss" the others xD) so I just want to get over with it. If you want to convince me that this is not so important tell me what I should say to them :eek:

No big progress yet. I just have sold my last Online-Gaming Accounts and will uninstall the game as soon as the deal is completed. I'll start now making daily and weekly plans to make progress as you can read in my main post.

About getting laid:
I won't make a big deal about this, if it happen it will happen but you are right I would prefer this in a relationship.

About deleting accounts:
As you can read in my main post I was addicted to the game so I am definitely not able to play it in moderation. I have an Xbox360, thats enough for playing. Online Gaming just make you addicted.

I'll go to the gym now, following a crappy workout plan from a fitness coach there. I have to read the No Nonsense Muscle Building faster :)

Hello Guys,
Unfortunately I was lazy last 2 weeks. I want to do too much things at the same time so I fail. I'll put now always focus on one topic.
The DJ Boot Camp is the best way to overcome my shyness so I'll start with that. I'll re-read the first article and I'll get my 50 Hi's this week. The time is over when I was lazy and shy. I want to be a winner and I'll accomplish every fkin exercise in this Boot Camp.

What happened last 2 weeks
The first time in my life a cute chick - quasi - approached me. She is in 8th grade but in my opinion she is mature for her age. I just smiled at her twice - she smiled back. She plays tennis with a classmate of me and told her she is interested in me - what my classmate told me. So I talked with her - got her number (in fact she asked if I'd like to do something with her xD) - and I'll go for an ice cream with her 2moro. I am not comfortable yet with talking to girls and kino so I think this won't come to a happy end. But well, if I fail I'll have even more motivation to accomplish the Boot Camp.

I was in Wing Tsun but unfortunately its too expensive so I may try Judo again or convince my parents. ^^

As a beginner you dont want complex excercises or lots of volume per musclegroup.
Lifting weights has many inverse relationships. When you start out, you want to hit each bodypart often, with less volume. The longer you go on, the less frequent you hit each bodypart, and more volume.
I'd recommend SS.

As for your date, you're making it sounds like you're doomed to fail. You're not.
It will most likely go well. Just chill out, show interest from beginning (YOU ARE NOT TRYING TO HIDE YOUR INTEREST!!!) and have fun :)

You are right bro, it went very well :)
We went to a park, ate our ice and talked. Actually she talks a lot so this is perfect because I didn't have to talk much. She told me how I made her crazy with avoiding contact on facebook or sms - I told her I am busy, on the way to gym or smth like that :p -> I was not needy and clingy. We used both much Kino and finally as I hold her in my arm I kissed her. My first kiss ;)

Thank you guys,
I am in relationship with her now. She says her parents would kill her if they would know that :p. Well, a bit more excitement in it :). Any tips how I should go on here - how to preserve her interest-level?

I abstained now for 2 weeks or something like that. Its pretty easy if you don't visit the dirty sites. :D

I won't continue the DJ Boot Camp as long as I have my girlfriend. But I'll try to get used with talking to strangers.

Therefore I'll put my focus on bodybuilding and school now.
I did the first workout of the Upside Down Program today - I like it much more than my old program, lifting free weights feels great. My problem here is my nutrition, I eat definitely not enough. Moreover I only get few proteins as I don't eat meat and either don't like milk and yogurt.

School: I'll learn this weekend at least 3 hours for a test in Physics on Monday. I am pretty sure I can get a great grade (lol) as I usually do almost nothing.

The contract of the musical school about accordion lessons lies next to me :)
I want to have an accordion in my hands ---- dam it. :p

I feel absolutely great !
