Hello Don Juans and coming Don Juans,
Today I decided to change my life and improve myself to the best possible.
Information about myself:
I am 17 years old and visit the 10th grade of a Highschool which has brought out 2 famous politicans in my country. I am from Germany, more precisely I live in Bavaria, you maybe know it due to the famous Beer Festival in Munich. I am 180cm tall (6 feet) and weigh 61kg (134 lbs), so as you can see I am skinny. I am shy and insecure when it comes to girls, actually I am also insecure in talking to strangers. My social activites stopped and I lost my first and last female friend when I left elementary school because we also moved to another city and none of my classmates lived in my city (although here is the school, lol), so I escaped in the magic world of online gaming. The worst decision I took in my life by now. My best friend over the past 6 years was my pc and a guy I only knew over the internet. All my peers developed in their social interaction and sport or whatever while I killed some monsters in my mmorpg and ate some frozen pizza (I am really surprised I didn't got fat). Needless to say my grades went down to constant D's. I was the biggest AFC from 5th to 10th grade, I bought presents for Valentine's Day for a girl that I not even talked to and wrote love letters. All the bull$hit you learn from TV.
But thank god I am not ugly and I am also not a Nerd or something like that. Just an average frustrated Chump.
So there is hope and my first step to a better life is setting my goals.
LONG TERM GOALS
I. Develop deep passion to my unique hobbies.
II. Improve my looks as far as possible.
III. Improve my Self-Confidence and get a well-respected MAN.
IV. Improve all my abilities from sport to handwork.
V. Eat and live healthy.
VI. Find a job that I love, earn enough money to feed a family and where I still have enough free time.
VII. Get the woman of my dreams and raise a family with her.
HOW TO GET THERE
I. Develop deep passion to my unique hobbies.
1. Learn accordion
I am fascinated of the music from Yann Tiersen and my long-term goal here will be to be able to play all the music of him and of course other great accordion compositions. I love music.
Unfortunately I can start not until summer because I have flute lessons right now and have to take them until summer.
2. Improve my sailing abilities
I love sailing and my long-term goal here is to get all the necessary boating certificates and experience to sail with my brother through the most beautiful places on earth.
Got already the boat certificate to sail on lakes, this summer I'll make the license for driving a boat with engine. I'll also spend more time with my uncle who owns a boat.
3. Books
Books are great to gain wisdom. So my goal will be here to read at least one self-improvement book every month. This month it will be "Your Money Or Your Life".
II. Improve my looks as far as possible.
1. Musclebuilding
I purchased Vince Del Monte's "No Nonsense Muscle Building" and signed up at a gym. I will give my best and will follow his program strictly. Probably except his nutrition plan, because I am vegetarian. This will not be easy to get enough protein.
2. Get nice clothes
I never liked shopping but it seems like I have to. My goal here is to find my personal style. I hope I'll gain fast muscle mass because its not easy to find clothes that suit you if you are skinny. A monthly haircut is also a must. To get nice clothes I will have to find a job for weekends.
III. Improve my Self-Confidence and get a well-respected MAN.
1. Self-Defence
One step to improve my Self-Confidence is Musclebuilding. The next one will be joining a self-defence class. I'll join a trial session in "Wing Tsun" next Wednesday.
2. DJ Boot Camp
Another program to improve my Self-Confidence and getting socialized will be the DJ Boot Camp. I'll start the first week 2moro.
3. Quit Masturbating
I tried it already and my longest period of abstaining was 2 weeks. It really boost my confidence and with it agression. I talk much more and I am overall more socialized. I have more power and I am not as tired in the morning as I am when I masturbate regularly. Another benefit ist that girls quasi seek attention from me. You have probably read these benefits already on this forum and I can just agree to all of them. To manage Non-Masturbating I have to stay away from porn and pics, if you start touching you you'll lose control over your body.
IV. Improve all my abilities from sport to handwork.
1. Sport
I am in nearly every sport average or even under-average so I'll take every chance to play some sport with my friends from now on. My goal is to improve my abilities in any form of sport every month.
2. Handwork
Well, this is actually a problem. My dad don't really do handwork so he can't teach it to me but I think this is a crucial ability from a real man. No solution here.
3. Driver license
When I passed all my exams I'll start my lessons for the driver license. This will be approximately in July.
To improve all my abilities I'll take now every chance to learn something.
V. Eat and live healthy.
1. Stay vegetarian
I know some of you can't understand it that somebody doesn't eat meat. You maybe think this is a piece of vital energy and for you it is just "normal" to eat meat. But I personally believe it is healthier to be vegetarian. I don't want to convince you from my mindset. I really don't care what you eat but when I smell my poop and it smells good I know this is the correct diet for me. (xD). In fact meat-eaters more often try to convince me that I am wrong.
2. Implement healthy smoothies to my diet
I have read about Green Smoothies which contain nearly every green vegetable (spinach..) you want and even grass (e.g. barley grass). The special thing about them is the big amount of chlorophyll they contain, which is very very healthy. I don't really think this will taste good but I'll give it a try. Otherwise I'll just make usual smoothies to get more vitamins.
3. Yoga
I'll join my first lesson of Yoga on Tuesday. I only hear good things about it and I am convinced it will help me to relax and stay flexible till I am old.
VI. Find a job that I love, earn enough money to feed a family and where I still have enough free time.
1. Improve my grades
Right now I almost do nothing for school. The only thing I do is homework so my grades are bad. As first step I'll spend at least 1 hour every day for school.
2. A-levels
To get good A-levels I'll have to do much more for school. I have to create a plan to fill my gaps.
3. College
I don't know yet what I want to study. A job where I would have much free time would be elementary school teacher but I don't know if this job really fit me. Any suggestions?
VII. Get the woman of my dreams and raise a family with her.
1. Get socialized
I'll follow the DJ Boot Camp and absorb all the information in the DJ Bible. A good book I have to repeat is "How to win Friends and influence People". But in fact I just have to take ACTION ACTION ACTION.
2. Get laid
My goal here is to get a girlfriend.. my first real kiss.. and of course lose my virginity. It is just annoying when my classmates make fun of me because I didn't have a girlfriend yet, maybe they as well didn't have one yet but I am honest. It doesn't really affect me but if I lose my virginity they will finally shut up.
3. To get the woman of my dreams..
I just have to become the man of my dreams. A Don Juan.

To make progress with my goals I'll make weekly and daily plans following these rules.
1. At the end of each week, make a new to-do list entitled, “Weekly Goals”. Write everything you want to accomplish in the next seven days.
2. Every night, make a new to-do list entitled, “Daily Goals”. Pull from your weekly list and routine every task you want to finish tomorrow.
3. During your workday, focus only on completing the daily list. Pretend your other work doesn’t exist. When you’ve finished the daily list, you’re done for the day and you’re not allowed to add more work.
