but let's say that i was to accept that i might be depressed...what options does that leave me: medication. and the **** they give you isn't going to help your game if anything it will hurt it all the more, according to what other people who have taken or do take the stuff have told me.
No, medication is not the only answer (though I am not a doctor so do not consider this professional advice, some people do NEED medication for depression). Please do some research online about depression. Many studies have shown that a healthy diet and regular exercise are more effective than the leading prescription medications in treating depression. It can be difficult to find the motivation to do this while depressed, but you will notice improvement in your mood very quickly if you force yourself to eat right and exercise. Not to mention, you will look better as well as feel better and a healthy body and attitude never hurts attraction.
