Peaks and Valleys got me thinking. You can be viewed as weak when people see you struggling or spending many hours on something.
From a value/reputation standpoint, it's often better not to mention the long hours and struggle part. Don't say anything until you get there.
A lot of hard working people I know tell everybody about how many hours they spend at a job/business/goal/fitness, etc. It's not wrong to do that per se. It's the truth. But, in my experience, other people don't care about that at ALL. They only see money, fit body, or whatever is the RESULT of your efforts, NOT the EFFORT itself.
