Don't read the f'n DJ bible...It is dumb and a waste of your time unless you literally have no game. It will literally have you overanalyzing every aspect of your game. I think there is something in there that says don't wash behind your ears so you'll stop washing behind your ears. You'll be calling every girl back on the 3rd day. You'll be f'n robot if you get obsessed with it. That is the pitfall of almost every veteran on this board so do not let it happen to you!

I have been saying this too, every post i see when people have asked a question which could be answered pretty quickly and then some one replies saying read the DJ bible is bad advice, and a waste of there time. I personally have read almost everything i can get my hands on (without spending a penny too i might add), and it actually had a negative effect on my game, because i started questioning everything about me when there was only a slight thing i had to work on in the first place.

I don't think that the majority of people here need to work on every aspect of there game, they find there sticking points and just work on that by doing a search, same goes with any books i read on seduction these days, i normally just skip to the parts i want to work on and see what they have to say on that unless i enjoy the writing style then i read more and i even disagree with a lot of it now.

You don't need to read every single thing in books on seduction, its a reference book not a novel.

Shut up.

Stop whining about how the DJ Bible has destroyed your life. It's like anything else in life...you start by learning the basic skills, then you learn the application, then you learn WHY they work...and when they don't. Then you can start to make your OWN rules based on YOUR experience.

Everyone praises the DJ Bible when they first get here, read it, and start actually getting dates with women. Then later on as they outgrow it they start to curse it as if it somehow screwed them over. You screwed YOURSELF over by going from relying on one system to relying on another without learning a goddam thing except rote memorization.

Whether you're a drone or a scholar is YOUR choice. Not sosuave.com's. So grow up.

LOL...tool.

Didn't you just get scammed by some Russian chick because you paid on the first date thinking it was gonna get you laid? http://www.sosuave.net/forum/showthread.php?t=113068

And yet you're advising other n00bs like you to follow in your footsteps and decry the collection of tips established on this site as some kind of "drone cult"?

Like I said, "shut up". Of course the "rules" aren't absolute, but for people such as yourself, they'd be a good starting point.

I think its full of a lot of good tips. Since reading it I've felt a little more confident, a little more outgoing, and a little better because of it. I dont see why you seem proud of not taking away anything useful from reading it. Infact, I almost feel bad that you wasted that much time reading it and found nothing useful. For the other 90% of people out there I would strongly suggest reading it to make even the smallest improvements. My belief has always been that its not a list of laws and essential tools, but rather a guide towards self improvement. If you couldn't take anything away from it then congradulations your either a true DJ or a fool whos too set in his ways to change. Either way I don't think its right to discourage others from reading it.

Man,
You are one bitter .... AFC.

Its all about balance. Life is about balance. Its about having common sense and take what works and redefine it to suit your personality.

The DJ Bible reinforces some common sense that we don't consciously think about..it also adds new common sense to some..

It's the foundation..it helps you realize everything isn't black and white..helps you think more analytically, strategically, and more open-minded..don't censure it man..it's good stuff
