As far as I know the DJ bible hasn't been compiled into one long document so that would be impossible. However this has been done with pooks writings and we have the "Book of Pook" http://www.scribd.com/mobile/doc/3536110

I agree. Just skim the rest of the DJ bible and use it as a reference when needed.
