It will help the unborn kid, too. It's pretty obvious that any woman who did that to her husband will abuse the child as well. All of this needs to be documented now. It could save the kid's life later down the road.

Update: she actually had me served with a protection order saying I hit her. And claiming I sent threatening text messages ( all I said was she belonged in jail for what she was doing), and asking for temporary custody of the kid.

This twisted chick even took the shower curtain when she came and got her stuff.

She probably did it so she could get a free attorney. At least in my city, there is a firm that works for free for cases of "abuse" for "poor people" but they don't do divorces. However, if you have an active protection order and are getting divorced, then they will also do your divorce... Many women around here know the trick and aren't afraid to use it. It was done on me. And the firm is a darn good firm who caters to women. I'm really surprised she was able to get one on you.. Ok wait, no I'm not, facts be damned in our justtice system. But yeah, do go and petition for one on her too. If they don't give it to you then go hide in Mexico. Just kidding, don't do that.. This crap is so frustrating.. Stay strong my friend.

Yes, I took out a protection order 1st. She was the one arrested, and I have documented forensic pictures of my injuries.
